Our Story
Villa La Perla is a haven of peace and beauty situated on the south east coast of Tenerife with 6 individually designed holiday apartments with a touch of luxury created for guests, looking for something unique. We offer vacations with a great standard of privacy and beauty in midst of nature. Decorated with a love for detail, Villa La Perla is a gem that offers you, your family and friends relaxation and harmony. You will immediately feel at home among the exotic plants and aromas which form your piece of paradise.
Enjoy our exotic garden with the marvellous views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Guimar valley and Candelaria. This constellation, a charming oasis guarantees a relaxing holiday in one of the most mesmerising regions of Tenerife. The area is known for its particularly high amount of sunshine with mild breeze maintaining the balanced spring climate.

With a total of 18 beds Villa La Perla is excellent for group travel and/or family celebrations. Plenty of parking too.

We would be happy to make your personal celebration into an unforgettable experience. Our private small resort is perfect for your celebrations: birthdays, jubilees, or wedding anniversaries, as well as family gatherings that unite family members from all over the world.
With a BBQ and outside fireplace in the beer garden and the roof terrace for your morning yoga or glass of wine watching the stars, Villa La Perla is the ideal location for a team event, a training course, a coaching, a seminar or a private conference / meeting.
Our Suites
The Bird House
This suite is situated where the garden is most lush and tropical and the 16m2 terrace looks onto the pool area.
Vista Gran Canaria
Vista Gran Canaria is a luxury 70 m² suite. It`s generous colonial style living room has a large open kitchen with eating area.
Casa Basilica
The loft suite is the ultimate combination of luxury and comfort. It boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 individually designed bathrooms with showers, a large designer kitchen with L-shaped bar with stools and spacious living room.
Our Studios
The Boat House
The Boat House is a small studio (20 m²) perfect for visitors who want to enjoy the 40 m² terrace with its fabulous views of the sea and coastline.
The Elephant House
With views towards the mango tree, playing fountain and the ocean in the background, the Elephant House is a generous studio of 35 m² with its own patio.
The Carribean House
The Caribbean House with views of the fountain and the ocean, is a generous colourful studio of 35 m2 with its own patio.
